Kilbarchan
The brief for this design project was to create a family home within a site which was previously a walled garden for a larger older house.
The client was a local house builder so we were aware of making smart design moves that created an interesting design whilst still giving a 'universal design' which would be enjoyed by the majority of future buyers.
We decided to take advantage of the orientation of the site to position the breakfast area of the kitchen to maximise the eastern sunlight in the morning and the dining / lounge areas to utilise the best of the western sun in the evening.
The placement of the master bedroom to the rear of the property also means that there are stunning views over the garden and village of Kilbarchan and also boasts En-Suites and dressing areas giving a touch of luxury.
